Umoe Eiendom is a real estate and property development company with its primary focus on developing industrial-/ business parks.
The company has four different parks located on the west coast of Norway, two in the Haugesund area and two in Kristiansund. The list of tenants includes a number of the most renowned off-shore companies in Norway. In addition to the industrial parks the subsidiary Røyken Sentrumsutvikling AS develops the new center in Røyken, including a shopping center, office buildings and residential areas. Umoe Eiendom originates from a number of acquisitions, the first in 1991 when Haugesund Mekaniske Verksted was acquired by Umoe.
