The company owns 16 600 hectare of productive forestry land in New Brunswick, Canada and manages 945 000 hectare of productive forest land of behalf of the Crown through its woodlands division. In total, the annual harvest exceeds 1 000 000 m3.
The sawmill division owns and operates a specialized framing lumber sawmill in Bathurst, New Brunswick. At full capacity the sawmill consumes 400 000 m3 of wood, and produces 100 mmbf, or roughly 30 000 km, of framing lumber annually. 75% of the lumber is exported to the US, with the majority of the production being utilized in the new housing market.
