Our brands are King Food AS, American Bistro Scandinavia AS, Peppes Pizza AS, Umoe Concept Company AS and American Bistro Scandinavia AB. The ownership will create value through leadership, portfolio management and synergies by centralising activities that are not concept specific.
Umoe Restaurant group was acquired from the Narvesen/Reitan group i 2002.
